Returns & Refunds:
Too Lashed does not accept returns due to sanitation reasons. If there are any damages please email us a photo/video of said damages within 48 hours. They will be reviewed for a possible exchange.
All sales are final. We can not cancel orders once they are placed, in route or delivered.
Shipping:
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipment.
You will receive notifications once the order is placed and shipped.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct information during checkout. Too Lashed LLC is not liable for updating and/or correcting any errors. The customer will be responsible for any fees accrued. No Refunds will be offered.
Too Lashed is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. A claim can be made with the courier service,
Pick Up:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared for pick up. Wait for your "ready" notification before arriving to the store. Pick up orders will be restocked after 4 business days. There is a $10 fee to re-pull any items.
